My struggle with food and body image began early and nearly cost me my life. I tied my worth to my weight and lived in a loop of restriction, shame, and self‑criticism. Even after I recovered physically, the emotional wounds lingered, and I wondered if true self‑acceptance was even possible.

Determined to heal, I immersed myself in therapy, advanced training, and deep personal work. The turning point came when I realized I wasn’t broken—I was disconnected from who I truly was. That shift helped me step away from dieting, disordered eating, and the belief that my body had to be “fixed.”

Healing wasn’t linear. It meant facing my past, rewiring old patterns, and building self‑compassion from the ground up. Today, I have peace with food, confidence in my body, and a sense of worth that no longer depends on appearance. As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Wellness Coach, I’ve created a system that’s helped countless women find the same freedom.
