Purchase Terms for Mind-Body Thrive Courses & Programs

1. Educational, not therapy or medical care

These courses are educational and self‑guided. They do not provide psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or individualized treatment, and taking them does not create a therapist–client relationship with Rebecca Capps, LMFT, or Mind Body Thrive.

2. Personal, non‑transferable access

Your purchase gives you personal, non‑transferable access to the course materials for your own use. You agree not to share your login, distribute, copy, or resell the course content or downloads.

3. Payments and access

Access to the course(s) is provided after successful payment. If a payment fails, is disputed, or is refunded, your access to the corresponding course(s) may be revoked.

4. Gentle 14‑Day Guarantee

If you join Mind-Body Reset (or purchase any single mini‑course) and, within 14 days of your purchase, you’ve given the material an honest try and realize it’s not right for you, you can request a refund by emailing [email protected] using the same email you used to purchase.

An “honest try” simply means you’ve watched at least the first few lessons and experimented with at least a few practices, so you have a real sense of whether the course is supportive for you.

The Gentle 14‑Day Guarantee is intended for good‑faith purchases where the course turns out not to be a fit, not for people seeking to obtain the materials for free; refund requests that clearly fall outside these terms may not be honored.

5. Not for emergencies or crisis support

These courses are not appropriate for emergency situations or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental‑health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or crisis hotline in your area instead of using this program.
