My name is Rebecca Capps, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist* (LMFT) and Wellness Coach specializing in helping people overcome their struggles with food and body image. As someone who personally battled with these issues, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to break free from unhealthy patterns and find true wellness.
