My name is Rebecca Capps, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist* (LMFT) and Wellness Coach specializing in helping people overcome their struggles with food and body image. As someone who personally battled with these issues, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to break free from unhealthy patterns and find true wellness.
But after years of research, training, and personal growth, I’ve developed a proprietary method and program that has helped hundreds of clients achieve lasting change. My Mind-Body Thrive Program™ is grounded in the latest scientific research on the mind-body connection, as well as my extensive experience working with clients in individual and group settings. It combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and holistic wellness techniques to help people transform their relationship with food and their bodies.
