Introducing...

Stop dieting for good. Start on your way to true wellness.
• People are often looking for quick fixes to diet and body image problems, and the $180-billion “health and wellness” industry in the U.S. offers no shortage of products and programs promising quick solutions.
• These often target physical or emotional symptoms, or even specific areas of the body. But in reality, improving health and well-being requires a comprehensive approach that recognizes the integration of mind and body as a holistic system. And it often requires sustained effort and lifestyle changes, which are especially difficult to achieve without the guidance and support of a qualified professional.
• Rebecca survived and healed from her own life-threatening eating disorder, and openly shares her experience with her clients in a way that only someone who has been through it can.
• Mind-Body Thrive is based on proven methods, presented in a comprehensive program that is inspiring, encouraging, achievable, and affordable.

• Love and accept your reflection in the mirror—without body checking or criticizing your looks

Hi, I'm Rebecca...
My struggle with food began at a young age, trying to balance joy with nourishment in a way that didn’t involve harsh restrictions. I never felt good about my body. As early as I can remember, I placed my worth in my body size and cared too much what other people thought of me. Controlling my intake of food was my way of trying to control my discomfort.
My dieting soon turned into a full-blown eating disorder that nearly killed me, and I ended up in the hospital. I was 11 years old. The treatment I received saved my life, but it did not make me whole again. My weight and vitals may have been restored, but I still felt broken. I wondered if I would ever feel good about myself again. Deep down, I knew I had to get to the root of my problem with food and my relationship with my body.
This began a journey of self discovery that led through my young adulthood and into my post-graduate training to become a therapist. In fact, I had completed my Masters degree, graduated, was attending weekly therapy sessions, reading every dang self-help book I could get my hands on, and still struggling with my body and food!
And then I had an epiphany. A sense of clarity that I was so desperately missing emerged from deep within. Rather than seeing myself in terms of my past, feeling broken and unworthy, I began to see myself in alignment with the future self I wanted to become – and knew I could become! Holding onto this newfound vision, I focused on learning everything I needed to make it become real.
I finally broke free from the diet obsession and addictive behaviors that were causing me to feel guilty, out of control, and a failure, and started living a life of confidence, joy, and ease.
I’m not going to lie – this required hard work. There were tears. I had to delve into my darkest moments, deal with my past traumas, and look deep into my soul.
Many years later, I can honestly say that I no longer struggle with an eating disorder or addiction issues. I feel confident and know my worth. I also love and honor my body and now eat from a space of intuition rather than obsession. The battles I once fought are now behind me.
Through this experience, and my work as a Licensed Therapist and Coach, I developed a system that has successfully shown hundreds of clients how to do the same! And I can show you how to end your fight with food and your body, so that you can finally feel free to be the YOU of your dreams and your destiny.

This program is for you if ...
- You want to release the shame, guilt, and perfectionism, and heal the fears that are holding you back from experiencing true joy and fulfillment
- You are ready to challenge that critical inner voice that tells you you’re “not good enough"
- You are ready to get in touch with your body and learn how to honor your hunger and fullness cues
- You want to become a fuller version of yourself, and define your identity and worth by who you are as a person instead of the shape of your body
This program is NOT for you if ...
- You’re just looking for a quick fix. Because learning to love your body takes patience and commitment (hint: it’s worth it!)
- You only want another new diet or someone to tell you what to eat
- The thought of cultivating unconditional self-love and compassion for yourself does not sound as appealing as remaining stuck in a cycle of self-loathing, shame-spiraling, and perfection-chasing
- You’re not willing to invest in yourself and reap the benefits of a better life
Testimonials
(From Former Coaching Clients)
"I am a new person through working with Rebecca. Today, I have so much love and respect for my body, I no longer count calories, and I genuinely enjoy my wellness routine! I have struggled with food and addiction issues for my entire adult-life. My constant struggle to please everyone was taking a toll on my well-being, so I used food and alcohol to cope. I now have the tools to effectively cope with whatever it is that life hands me….and I no longer feel the need to pease everyone. My decision to work with Rebecca was one of the best decisions of my life and I am so grateful for her guidance."

"Rebecca Capps is a wonderful counselor. She helped me overcome many obstacles in my life. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone!!!! I appreciate her very much!"
- Danielle
"By giving myself permission to eat what I want, when I want…..I have taken back my power. I no longer feel controlled by food. And I’ve learned to love and accept myself through this process. Before I worked with Rebecca, I was frustrated by not being able to “control” what I ate. Some days I would be “good,” whereas on others, I would completely self-sabotage my efforts. I struggled with balance and consistency. The fact that I couldn’t maintain a healthy eating plan caused me to feel so much shame and self-loathing. I am eternally grateful for Rebecca’s guidance and would recommend her services to anyone!"
