Online therapy is nice because it opens up new ways to communicate, as in–you don’t have to leave the comforts of your own home or office! How amazing is it that you can get quality therapy all while staying in your PJs and not even having to drive or park anywhere?!! What’s great about online counseling is that you can do therapy on your terms!
